The decision to start PSI wasn’t based on a grandiose plan or a vision to achieve lofty goals or ambitions. PSI began with a fearless attitude and a gut feeling that if we found the right people to do the right jobs and took care of them, they would deliver the right solutions to our customers and this would build a great company.
Terry is the visionary founder of PSI and has been its CEO since 1988. Over the course of 35 years, Terry has led the company and mentored its people to grow from a small Maryland minority owned business with Health IT focus to a nationwide business with contracts from most federal government departments. Terry’s first customer, the State of New York, remains PSI’s customer today.
Terry has a passion for the customer and helping generations of small businesses that share in PSI’s vision. Through Terry’s support, many protégé companies have become contributors to federal services. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a lifetime supporter of the UM Men’s Basketball Team (Terps). Terry is an avid golfer and hosts PSI’s annual charity golf tournament.
